Construction Debris Removal in Phoenix, AZ

By Ryan Doyle · DoyleDoes LLC · Phoenix Valley, AZ

Renovation projects leave behind a mess that standard trash pickup won't touch — and a dumpster rental sitting in your driveway for a week isn't always the answer. We haul construction and renovation debris in a single trip, priced by how much fills the truck. In and out, site cleaned up, on to the next thing.

What We Haul

We take almost all non-hazardous construction debris:

What We Don't Take

A few categories require special handling we don't do: asbestos-containing materials (common in homes built before 1980), lead paint debris in large quantities, and concrete or brick in heavy loads. Concrete pricing is by the pound at the dump — call us and we'll talk through it.

Note on heavy materials: Concrete, brick, and tile in large quantities price differently because they're dense and heavy. A ¼ truck of concrete can weigh as much as a full truck of regular junk. We'll quote these accurately upfront.

Pricing

Construction debris is priced the same as any other haul — by volume. The difference is that heavy materials (concrete, tile, drywall) can push weight up even at lower volumes, so pricing may run toward the higher end of the range.

Construction Debris Pricing (Zone 1 — Phoenix)

Small debris pile (¼ truck)$150–$300
Medium demo load (½ truck)$275–$425
Full room gut / large debris pile (¾ truck)$375–$500
Full truckload$450–$575

Works for Contractors and Homeowners

We work with both. Homeowners doing their own demo need the same cleanup as a contractor finishing a kitchen remodel. We're flexible on scheduling — early morning, end of day, whatever keeps your project moving.
