The setup varies a lot. Sometimes the resident has already sorted everything and we're just loading what they've designated. Sometimes we're working through a home that hasn't been organized in years. Either way, here's how we approach it:

1. Walk-through first. We see what's going and what's staying before anything gets moved. This avoids mistakes that can't be undone.
2. Blue tape or labeling. If you want to mark items for "haul" vs. "keep," that's the simplest system. We work with whatever you've set up.
3. We handle the heavy lifting. Furniture, appliances, boxes — we do all the physical work. You don't lift a thing.
4. Confirmed price before we start. Load-based pricing is confirmed on-site before anything is loaded. No surprises at the end.

Pricing

Downsizing jobs are priced by load size. A small apartment's worth of furniture is a different job than a 3,000-square-foot family home. Most downsizing cleanouts land between $250–$700 depending on how much goes. Zone 1 properties (central Phoenix Valley) have no travel fee.

Many of our calls for these jobs come from adult children who are managing the logistics remotely or locally on behalf of a parent.
